Presenting Concerns: I work with adults struggling with issues like:
Anxiety (social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic attacks)
Approach: My approach to therapy is grounded in fostering self-awareness and personal growth. I work collaboratively with clients to explore the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that may be contributing to their challenges. I’ll help you identify patterns in your life, build resilience, and develop practical strategies to support meaningful change. My focus is to help you move toward a life that is more aligned with your values and aspirations.
In session, I often draw from principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Training: I am currently a third-year doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Windsor. I have received training in conducting diagnostic assessments and both individual and group psychotherapy. I have completed practica at the Psychological Services and Research Centre and Paragon Psychological Services in Windsor, Ontario.Practical Details: Here are practical details about my services:
