Men’s CBT Group for Anxiety and Depression

WG Psychology is excited to offer a new CBT group for men experiencing concerns with anxiety and depression.

This group could be right for you if you struggle with:

  • Helping individuals overcome social anxiety, empowering them to engage in social interactions with confidence and ease.

  • Focusing on understanding the foundations of worry, learning to accept uncertainty, and teaching practical coping skills to enhance quality of life.

  • Equipping individuals with valuable techniques and strategies to regain control and restore peace of mind.

  • Delivering evidence-based therapies and personalized support to address the complex nature of depression, fostering healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of joy in life.

Schedule: Wednesday mornings 10:30am-12pm EST; 10 weeks

Cost: $120/session + $100 intake ($1,300 total)

Location: Virtual (Ontario residents only)
