Presenting Concerns: I support adults experiencing:
Anxiety (e.g., social anxiety, generalized anxiety and worry, panic attacks)
Emotion dysregulation and managing intense emotion
Stress and burnout
Approach: I take a collaborative, person-centred approach to therapy, creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can work toward goals that feel meaningful to them. I tailor my work to each individual, drawing on evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.
I have experience supporting individuals with concerns related to mood, anxiety, psychosis, interpersonal relationships, and substance use. I am committed to providing inclusive, culturally responsive care. I welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations and identities, neurotypes, religions, cultures, and ethnic backgrounds, and I work alongside clients to help them move toward the life they want to build.
Training/Experience: I earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University. I completed a placement and postdoctoral residency at Rusk State Hospital and Oregon State Hospital, respectively. I then completed a postdoctoral placement at Lithia Forensics and Consulting, a private practice clinic. My additional practical experience includes working in several community mental health settings and forensic institutions with clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties.

Mondays 8am-5pm (in-person)
Tuesdays 8am-7pm (virtual)
Saturdays 8am-12pm (virtual)

Standard Rate: $260/session (no tax)
About Me: In my free time, I enjoy spending as much time outdoors with my family, friends, and dogs.
